Why I do this work
A decade of clinical practice distilled into three chapters — the belief, the method, and what it all taught me.
What I Believe
Why Blood Reports
What I’ve Learned
What I Believe
After a decade of working with hundreds of people — from young professionals dealing with unexplained fatigue to mothers managing PCOS through three pregnancies — I’ve come to one central belief: most people’s health problems aren’t about willpower. They’re about understanding.
When someone understands what’s happening in their own body — when they can look at their blood reports and see where the gaps are, when they understand how their gut health links to their mood, how their sleep affects their weight, how stress drives inflammation — they no longer need to be told what to do. They know.
That is what I am here to build. Not compliance. Understanding.
Why Blood Reports
Very early in my career, I realised that the standard approach — assess, prescribe, follow up — was leaving too many gaps. Two people with the same symptoms and the same goal could have completely opposite needs based on what was happening at the cellular level.
A person with low ferritin needs a very different eating approach from someone with high homocysteine, even if they both come to me saying “I’m tired all the time.” So I made blood reports non-negotiable. Not because I’m being clinical — because I’m being thorough.
What I’ve Learned from 10+ Years
Sustainable health has three non-negotiable ingredients: understanding your own body, making changes that fit your actual life (not a fantasy version of it), and having consistent support as you adjust.
Quick fixes fail not because people are weak. They fail because they’re designed for an idealised life — one without deadlines, demanding families, travel, grief, and celebration. Real guidance accounts for all of that.
Medical Nutrition Therapy
Every condition I work with is treated as what it is — a clinical case that deserves a thorough, evidence-based, personalised approach. No guesswork. No generic plans.
IBS, bloating, food intolerances, microbiome diversity — addressed through food-first, science-backed interventions that restore digestive function from the root.
Nutritional intervention for immune dysregulation — including alopecia, Hashimoto’s, and other autoimmune presentations where diet plays a direct and measurable role in disease activity.
Deep understanding of how nutrition affects thyroid function across the spectrum — from hypothyroid and Hashimoto’s to hyperthyroid and Graves’ disease. Food choices that work with your medication, not against it.
Nutritional support during and after cancer treatment — addressing treatment-related side effects, supporting recovery, and building resilience. Including breast cancer, blood cancers, and others.
The full spectrum of female hormonal conditions — from PCOS and endometriosis to fibroids, ovarian cysts, and fertility support. Evidence-based nutritional protocols tailored to hormonal patterns.
Nutritional management for both Type 1 (carb counting, insulin coordination) and Type 2 diabetes — including pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, and long-term metabolic health.
Sustainable, evidence-based approach to body weight — identifying the underlying nutritional and metabolic factors driving both weight concerns and persistent fatigue, including iron, B12, cortisol, and sleep.
Nutritional support for cardiovascular wellness — including cardiac rehabilitation, blood pressure management, lipid profile optimisation, and anti-inflammatory eating for long-term heart health.
50+ workshops delivered across organisations — evidence-based, culturally relevant, and practically oriented for working professionals. Topics spanning gut health, energy, stress nutrition, and sustainable habits.
Nutrition analysis, enhancement, and profiling of recipes and menus — for food brands, restaurants, and wellness products seeking evidence-based nutritional optimisation without compromising taste or culture.
