This is exactly who I work with. You don’t need to have a diagnosed condition to benefit from understanding your nutrition. Getting Started

A generic meal plan doesn’t know your blood reports. It doesn’t know you’re vegetarian, or that your B12 is low, or that you have a demanding travel schedule, or that your whole family eats together. My work starts with your individual biology and your actual life. That’s the difference.

Blood reports are part of our process because they tell us things no food diary can. If you don’t have recent ones, I’ll give you a specific list of tests to get done — most are available at any diagnostic lab and are relatively affordable. You don’t need to come prepared with anything.

Absolutely. The majority of my clients follow a vegetarian or predominantly plant-based diet. My food plans work within your dietary preferences, not against them. Allergies, intolerances, and religious food requirements are all factored in from day one.

Because we start by understanding why the previous things didn’t work. There’s always a reason — a nutrient deficiency that was missed, an approach that wasn’t suited to your body type, a plan that didn’t account for your lifestyle. We find that reason first, then build from there.

All consultations are online. I have clients across India, the UK, the US, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Your location is not a barrier — we’ll find a time that works across time zones.
