What I Believe
After a decade of working with hundreds of people — from young professionals dealing with unexplained fatigue to mothers managing PCOS through three pregnancies — I’ve come to one central belief: most people’s health problems aren’t about willpower. They’re about understanding.
When someone can look at their blood reports and see where the gaps are — when they understand how their gut health links to their mood, how their sleep affects their weight, how stress drives inflammation — that is when lasting change happens. That is what I am here to build. Not compliance. Understanding.
Why Blood Reports
Very early in my career, I realised that the standard approach — assess, prescribe, follow up — was leaving too many gaps. Two people with the same symptoms and the same goal could have completely opposite needs based on what was happening at the cellular level.
A person with low ferritin needs a very different eating approach from someone with high homocysteine, even if they both come to me saying “I’m tired all the time.” So I made blood reports non-negotiable. Not because I’m being clinical — because I’m being thorough.
What 10+ Years Has Taught Me
Sustainable health has three non-negotiable ingredients: understanding your own body, making changes that fit your actual life — not a fantasy version of it — and having consistent support as you adjust.
Quick fixes fail not because people are weak. They fail because they’re designed for an idealised life — one without deadlines, demanding families, travel, grief, and celebration. Real guidance accounts for all of that. That is the only kind I offer.
Where I Can Help You Most
My practice spans clinical nutrition and holistic wellness — always evidence-based, always personalised to your biology and your life.
Your gut is the starting point for almost everything. IBS, bloating, GERD, food intolerances, SIBO, and microbiome diversity — addressed through food-first, science-backed interventions. Because when the gut isn’t working, nothing else does either.
The most common condition I see — and the most mismanaged. Nutritional support for PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and fertility. Hormonal health connects to your gut, blood sugar, stress, and sleep. We look at all of it.
When the body turns on itself, food becomes medicine. Alopecia, psoriasis, eczema, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome — managed through anti-inflammatory nutrition, gut healing, and micronutrient correction. Alopecia in particular is an area where I’ve seen consistent, measurable results.
Hypothyroid, hyperthyroid, Hashimoto’s, Graves’ — each needs a completely different approach. Blood report analysis — TSH, T3, T4, antibodies, ferritin, selenium — gives us the full picture before we make a single food recommendation.
Type 1, Type 2, insulin-dependent, carb counting — precision matters here. Evidence-based meal planning including insulin-to-carb ratios and carb counting frameworks, working alongside your medical treatment — not around it.
Nutrition during cancer treatment is a clinical discipline — it deserves to be treated as one. Nutritional support during and after treatment for breast cancer, blood cancers, and other oncological conditions, to name a few. Managing side effects, maintaining strength, and supporting recovery.
If nothing has worked, there’s a reason — and we find it first. Sustainable weight management rooted in understanding the underlying condition, not restriction. Chronic fatigue addressed through iron, B12, cortisol, sleep, and hormonal mapping.
Your heart health is built in the kitchen — long before a cardiologist is needed. Nutritional support for cardiac rehabilitation, hypertension, high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, and metabolic syndrome, working alongside your cardiologist’s protocol.
Wellness that works for the way people actually live and work. 50+ workshops delivered across organisations — evidence-based, culturally relevant, and built for Indian working professionals. Energy management, stress eating, gut health at work, and sustainable habits for demanding schedules.
Good food made better — without losing what makes it good. Nutritional profiling, recipe reformulation, and macronutrient optimisation for food brands, meal services, and home cooks. More nourishing, without sacrificing flavour, cultural identity, or practicality.
